sideNOW.com is a custom Facebook application that allows Facebook users to create custom debates with their Facebook friends. Custom development by Buckeye Interactive included:

• Viddler gave analytics of video consumption
• Amazon Web Services provided elastic cloud storage to scale alongside the business without expensive overhead costs

Users of the application are able to create an argument and defend their side of the debate using video, graphics, or text. Challengers are able to respond to the argument by creating their own defense. Application users are then able to vote on the argument.

Additional custom features allow each Facebook user to have a unique user profile. Profiles show lifetime user profile based on current and past arguments or votes. Users can also search for arguments based on specific categories such as entertainment, lifestyle, or news.
